as per the docs,FND_USER.LAST_UPDATE_LOGIN = FND_LOGINS.LOGIN



this seems to be true only when AUDIT-ing is enabled.
i was looking for the meaning of LAST_UPDATE_LOGIN in particular
and when it is beong updated.
