TOAD Xpert privileges

List - Someone here purchased TOAD Xpert for a couple of the = developers. The
following is an excerpt from the Quest manual. Is this for real? Should anyone besides a DBA be using this tool? Is anyone else on the list = willing
to admit doing this for one of their developers?

To succussfully run the object installation scripts, the schema should = have
the following roles/privileges. The individual privileges need to be = granted
explicitly instead of using the DBA role. These privileges are not recognized from the role when using packages.

=B7 DBA
=B7 Create Any Synonym
=B7 Drop Any Synonym
=B7 Create Role
=B7 Create Any Procedure
=B7 Create Any Table
