How would you phrase that question? Sometimes its difficult to draw people
out.

I would also really try to gauge his managment style on level of hands on
managing.  No manager will admit to being a micro manager and so get his
real answer can be tough to gauge.  There is nothing I hate more though
then a micro manager, one that stands over your shoulder and tells you
what to do and how to do it at a finite level because they have difficulty
relinquishing control and leaving the decisions and effrot to the staff
assigned project/tasks.
