This actually does make more sense. This is an encryption algorithm for the Toplink product, and it doesn't work for the database. The Java script from the site works and produces the desired results. The perl script to decrypt oracle database password doesn't work. Sorry for the tone, but I actually tried to get the darned thing to work for an hour.
