One more thing, the file shr.o of shr.* does not exist in my Oracle Home anywhere.

Hi All!

I am trying to install Oracle 9iR2 on AIX5.2(L). The genclntsh and other link commands are failing with 'file not found' messages for a file called 'shr.o'. This file isn't anywhere in $ORACLE_HOME. Any tips? Experience? FM's? What didn't I install to have this file missing?
