How to access oracle database using Macromedia Dreamweaver Ultra4

I am using Macromedia Dreamweaver Ultra4 to develop a dynamic webpage by
interacting directly with oracle database but I am having problem to
connect oracle database directly from Dreamweaver Ultra4.  If someone
has any clues, please advise.
