This is gonna come as a surprise to you, but I did not watch much if any TV in my life until I was 16 years old. And the first colour TV I saw was in 1981, well in my late twenties.

Anyways, at 16 I was too busy chasing girls to pay much attention to what was on the tube. ;)

(before the smart-arsed remark comes: yeah I know, when I was 16 they hadn't invented television yet... Gimme a break, tah?)
