Yes, that's in line with the hwm I've seen for OC rates and I don't
think the rate has gone up a lot since then. Engaging Oracle Consulting
should be cheaper than bringing in DB.

Based on what I've seen, Oracle Consulting should be able to compete with
DB's personal consulting rates:
