Question about block dump

When doing a block dump is there a way to determine the rowid you're looking for? What if the first column in each row a primary key and has a number datatype. Could that first column be used to determine the row your looking for? If so, how are number datatypes stored internally in Oracle?

for instance, in the trace file the first column looks like this: col 0: [ 5] c4 03 13 54 56

How would I convert this to the actual number in the primary key column?

Thanks,

Mark
