Hi!

Are you planning to migrate both database and application tier?

It is not an easy task, especially the extensive testing part afterwards -
each platform tends to have its specific bugs etc..

Basically you have to export/import your database to new platform, install
application tier to target system, apply all the c & g patches on target
platform app tier which you already have applied on source platform, set the
configuration using autoconfig and adclone and test extensively. There is
one doc which might give you some overview for start (although it's about
migrating from NT to Linux). The metalink note is: 238276.1

Btw, why do you want to migrate to Windows? Windows Apps do have several
additional *classes of problems* compared to unixes and likes, due Windows'
different architecture.
