The restriction to limit it to a single CPU box has been lifted to allow it to now run on 2 CPU servers. Rumour has it that RAC will now be included in the Standard Editions and possibly as a base product, not as an option. i.e. free Let wait and see if they reduce the price per CPU for Enterprise Edi.
