When running on a clustered environment, do all the servers have to be identical?

Oracle says that the beauty of using blade servers is you buy what you need now, then add later.

What if "later" is two years later? You might not be able to buy the same machines, only more powerful ones.

Does that mess up Oracle RAC? Can RHAS cluster different hardware together successfully?

Patrice.
