I filter on the "to" field and Outlook catches it fine.

I vote to take it off. I have my Lotus Notes filter on the To = field,=3D20
checking for Oracle-L and dumping those emails in my Oracle-L box. =3D Works=3D20
fine for our new Freelists home.
