AS OF NOW, I have not come across a book which talks about RAC at a detailed level (at least to the level we expect). There are couple of books in the market, but they cover very little on RAC (Concepts and Internals)

But, the Oracle Documentation (At least for the RAC part) is very good and it is very readable and has all the information you need.
