HP-UX Can not authenticate via OS

Any one see this one? I am working on getting more info about the configuration of this database, I don't have access to it. On AIX and Solaris, it is working fine.

(9.2.0.4.0) on HP-UX. While I am trying to connect to the database using OS
Authentication, the following error is raised

$ sqlplus /
