its commonly known that years of experience is more valuable than productivity or skill in the technical business. Who hasnt had a call from a recruiter when 9i came out about how much 9i experience you have. They dont ask you about any of the new features. They just want to know how long you used it.

Its just something you have to live with. We dont make the rules.
