I have just implemented OCS for one of our client in the middle east and it will be live from this month end. It is working like a charm. Let me know if you have any specific questions. I will try to answer.

Basically it is an excellent product for end users and not so good for administrators (at least the current versions)

We're looking at Oracle collaboration suite and I'm wondering if anyone here is
using it? If so, how is it working? Any issues? I know Oracle corp is using it
for all their internal mail so I assume it could handle our 500 or so users just
fine.
