Hi Raju,

I think it is unethical for anyone to reply to points 1-4.

As far as point no. 5 is concerned, even though I don't work with Oracle India, I can get the resume forwarded, simply because if forwarded through internal sources the resume doesn't get trashed, but you won't get any special favors simply because it has got forwarded through internal sources.

But you said you are going to face the interview, then why do you need to get the resume forwarded? Your resume has already been reviewed, right?
