I have two or three of Tuftes more well known books.

For anyone that creates presentations with graphics, these are a must have.

For anyone that feels stupid because they can't understand someone else's charts in an power-point presentation, these are a must have. Hint: It ain't you.

It's terribly ironic that the most informative and easy to understand chart ever created was drawn by hand in the 19th century.

I apologize for the somewhat OT nature of this reply, but as most of us are in IT, we are subjected to meaningless charts with alarming regularity.
