Has anybody been able to download a patch from Metalink? I'm getting an error saying that
"The opration timed out when attempting to contact oracle-updates-west.conxion.com".
Did oracle subcontract their downloading facilities to Iraq or Afganistan? This host has been
refusing any contact with me for two days now.
