I would trust a report like that only if signed by a really reputable institution which uses both databases, like a Citibank or Chase Manhattan. I believe that you'd be able to find claims that SQL Server is better then both and that sufficient quantity of Winduhs servers will beat an HP SuperDome or IBM P690 hands down, with signifficantly lower admin costs or TCO. I'm open to offers to write one such report myself, if the price is right. In good old times we had Marketing Invention for Pushing Sales, or MIPS for short. I haven't used most of the Oracle GUI stuff as reported.
