Oracle Error Message syntax

List,

Oracle has on metalink a list of error message syntax. I have been looking thru metalink off and on now for a day and can't find it. I know I saw it before. It goes something like this:

ORA-
PLS-
FRM-
RPT-
OEM-

and so on. With an explanation of each message. Does anybody know where that is located on metalink.
