Hi Jared

Where did you encounter problems installing on 5.6.1 ? Did I miss anything ? Due to a lack of a module for 5.8, I donwloaded and installed by hand, automatic install from active state repos didn't work. Are there things that plain don't work ?

Stefan

I use perl on windows nearly every day.

Win2k, Perl 5.6.1.

The problem lies with ActiveState not compiling modules for new releases.
