Sounds like a good reason to contact the Better Business Bureau. I suspect that OraKnowledge is a scam for email collection and have always thought so. It's too bad that organizations take advantage of information like this.

I know that he had a booth at IOUG Live! and will have a large booth at OracleWorld. Perhaps everyone can go to his booth and complain loudly. It would definitely generate interest in his mind that he should rectify problems earlier.

We never received our CDs either and now he says he doesn't have any more so we are out of luck. I have been waiting 2 months for him to process my refund but he doesn't reply to my email either.

In short I ordered a set of CD's from oraknowledge in feburary of this year and have not received them yet. I have tried to contact oraknowledge
a number of times, either through email or telephone, and they have not returned my attempts.

They were very quick to return my calls when we were having trouble with one of the corporate credit cards.

Has anybody else had problems with oraknowledge ??.

I simply want one of two things, my CD's or my money back. If anybody knows
people that work for oraknowledge, I would appreciate it if you could forward
this message to them. My email and phone number are shown below.
