Yechil,

Everything worked fine ,when i tried the same manually (in same ORACLE_HOME ) instead of using DBMA. I was just following the "Migration Guide". let me try DBMA in different ORACLE_HOME.

yechil,just curious to know !!
how do u do it ? using DBMA or Manually ?
