Ramon:
I know this sounds odd, but we got an ora-3113 error
in an 8.1.7 database when the database could not
acquire rollback segments. Circumstances were a bit
different -- it was the second instance of a parallel
server environment. But it's at least worth checking
your rollbacks to make sure they're available.
