I'd be logging a tar for the following reasons

  1. These are data dictionary objects.
  2. At least one of these, V$DB_CACHE_ADVICE, ought to be a 9i object, but this is an 8i db

I'd suspect someone running @?/rdbms/admin/catalog from a 9i client against the 8i db, but it looks odd enough to me for a TAR.

Any indication of the other messages and/or what was happening at the time.
