After 500 (yes, that's a 5 with two zeros) patches, we applied the 11.5.8 update. 100 patches later, we are looking forward to the 11.5.9 maintenance release this fall. Oh, and by the way, each one of those patches generally has a language specific version as well. Let's see, 3 languages installed, 500 patches, .... Oh, and by the way, apply a patch for one module, say order entry, and pray it doesn't break something in a different module.
