Just plain wrong. Another reason why she's chosen not to work in that field anymore. A shame that her talents in the field are not going to help people anymore, but I agree with her decision totally. That was 7+ years ago and it has gotten worse with state and federal cutbacks. Currently, at some facilities, an 80% turnover is common. Unless working conditions improve drastically in the next 10 years, we will use all our influence to steer our two daughters away from nursing. And be glad you work where a gross error only results in a mangled database, not human tragedy.
