Undskyld, undskyld, undskyld. I'm just not familiar with other cultures. =
So let me get this straight: A high CASH hit ratio is obtained by =
drinking more or spending less? At the moment I'm having a Maker's Mark, =

Man, it would be cool to have a tool that displayed the useless BCHR as =
"Buffer Ca$h Hit Ratio" and explained that focusing on this stuff would =
only optimize consulting revenue :-)))

Yep, Black Adder is a thing to watch out for. Tastes fantastic.

I've finally managed to fit IOUG-A into my

timetable, after years of thinking that I really

ought to go some day.

I see from the 'University Class' listings that

no-one is doing anything about specific on

how the cost based optimizer works.

Two questions -

If I found some place in the locale to

run the one-day tutorial that I did at the

UKOUG this December (see URL below),

would there be much interest in attending ?

I'd probably keep the class size at around

40 people, with a cost of around $250, and

plan to run it on the Sunday before the main

event. (Or maybe on the Friday, when all

the fuss has died down).

Second - does anyone know the general

area well enough to suggest a couple of

reasonable hotels that might do a nice

job of hosting such an event ?

Thanks for any feedback.
