DBA studio (8.1.7) has a feature which allows you to increase the size of a data file. I've tried it on an 8.1.7 database and it seems to work.

What is the equivalent SQL?
The closest I can find in the manual is ALTER TABLESPACE AUTOEXTEND ON NEXT <nn>; or
ALTER TABLESPACE AUTOEXTEND MAXSIZE <nn>;

Was this feature available in 8.0.5?

Thanks,
