Shirley,
it sounds like you're hitting bug number 1965439. It occurs because the 9i database is installed when you try to install 9iAS. It's allegedly fixed at 1.0.2.2.2. There doesn't seem to be a patch available.

Shirley - By any chance is this a Pentium 4 system?

Dear List,

I am trying to install Oracle 9i Release 1 (9.0.1) and Oracle 9i Application

Server version 1.0.2.2.0 onto a Windows 2000 server. The installation abends
and produces the following message:

NOT ALL THE DEPENDENCIES OF THE COMPONENT ENTERPRISE MANAGER COMMON FILES 2.2.0.0.0 were found. oracle.swd.jre.1.1.8.10.0 is missing.

Has anyone experienced this problem and how did you resolve it?
