Is it possible to define SYSTEM storage parameter from the begining?

Dear all,

I've seen many databases with pct_increase = 50% as default on system tablespace... Why? is there any reason? Is it possible to define storage parameter on SYSTEM tablespace from the begining. If so what is the possible syntax please?
