There is always a chance of ORA-1555 if duhvelopers are involved.

Seriously, this error is mostly caused by bad programming practice, and lack of knowledge of how the database works.

I was wondering if there is a way to monitor the database and tell if there
is a possiblility of snapshot too old error occurence.
