S*u*b*s*c*r*i*b*e to the developers list, they
have recently
dealt with the problem, see the archives.
It is a limitation of Developer.

Start at:
http://www.odtug.com/index.asp
click on "Become a FREE ODTUG Web Member today..."
Enter your emali address, etc. and wait for the confirmation email that contains a password that you can then enter at the ODTUG web site to get access to the email list subscription screen. (or you can manually subscribe, see below).
If you become a paying member of ODTUG, you can search the email list archives.
