RE: Weird Windoze 'AT' Behavior

In the same vein....if it's a system level environment variable that has been added since reboot, then you need a reboot of the server. Simply starting and stopping the Scheduler service is not enough since the scheduler service inherits its environment from the Service Control manager (Services.exe) which only reads its environment at system boottime.
