Well, without getting into specifics. We had an individual who had a "problem" with others in the department. Now you & I know that many times in development we create monsters. That's what the environment is for after all, create what you think the user wanted & see how badly it behaves. Well this person's solution to the problem was to kill off other sessions that were viewed as resource hogs. Nuf Said??
