Hi,

I get easily confused, but you mention that 3 statistics  are extremely "high". Oracle
has 200+ statistics, so the others are ok ?
Why do you focus on these 3 ?  You even fail to mention what you are doing in these
tests, so how can we tell you what to do ?

Identify the symptoms (these processes need to run 3 times faster, for example)
Investigate the symptoms
Formulate the root cause
fix the the root cause

I think that you are skipping a couple of stages in the problem solving process,
