Hi Gurus,
My Oracle HRMS form server died and none of my production users can access any form module. I bounced the form server. It was up for a while and then died again. Even bouncing the database and form server etc does not help. Now my production database is crippled since 28 Mar 2002 and Oracle Support Analyst has not gotten back to me. (sigh...)
I've checked the contents of the form server log. I think the error is due to ORA-600.
I am trying to gather the events that will led up to the error : who is accessing the form and the operations that were attempted that led to the error.
Does anyone know the query to list all the user who is accessing the form ?
I tried to use
SELECT OSUSER,USERNAME, TERMINAL, COMMAND, SQL_ADDRESS, PREV_SQL_ADDR ,
MODULE
FROM V$SESSION WHERE PROGRAM='f60runm_at_orion (TNS V1-V3)'

It does not work 'cause there are 5 different users with different login accessing the form and all I get from the v$session.username is 'APPS'.
Any advice ? How do U gurus solve the ORA-600 error ? Please help. Thanks.
