DELETE FROM <table> a
WHERE a.rowid > (SELECT MIN(b.rowid)
FROM table b
WHERE b.key_field1 = a.keyfield1
AND b.key_field2 = a.keyfield2
AND b.key_fieldN = a.keyfieldN);
Be certain to include all fields in WHERE clause that make up a unique record.
