Charlie,

You don't say if you want this to be free of manual intervention.

If not, a simple manual aproach would be to dump out the content of the list with sqlplus into a text file (sqlplus "spool" comand), then, do any minor editing required with a text editor, then use your good ol' FTP client to upload it to the web server.

If needed, you can pull the text file into MS Word, do any minor formatting as required, "save as" HTML, and then FTP/upload that to the web server.
