PostGresSQL has been out for years, and is not RedHat specific, all distributions have included it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Red Hat Oracle's preferred Linux distribution, right up until the time they announced the availability of the Red Hat Database (PostgreSQL)?
