Those are explained in the Oracle Server Reference Guide - Appendix A. (http://tahiti.oracle.com/pls/tahiti/tahiti.homepage). You may also want to review Anjo Kolk's paper on Wait events "Oracle7 Wait Events and Enqueues" at http://www.evdbt.com/library.htm (#18). If you would like, you may post the events that you are noticing waits on, that would give us more information to help you out. Was analyzing done the same way as before?
