I am trying to create a connection to the DB from JDeveloper. I specify the "Oracle JDBC Thin" as driver and I select "Existing TNS Names" as the connection method and I choose the service running. When I click on the "Test Connection" button I get an error message that reads: "Io Exception: The Network adapter could not establish the connection".
