Ynt: Performance tuning

It's not possible to solve any performance problems without CPU usage and waits.

I recommend:
- get Event1006 trace file of your sqlloader session as defined at http://www.unal-bilisim.com/products/itrprof/itrprof_user_manual.html#prepar eTrace .
- run itrprof at http://www.unal-bilisim.com/products/itrprof/itrprof.html
