REP: writing to renamed Listener.log file

Actually, I just talked to Worldwide Support about this issue.

They recommend using the set log_file command to rename the file to another file name ("templisten.log" for example)- for the life of the listener session. After that, you can reset/delete/purge the listener.log file safely. Then bounce the listener and it will begin writing to listener.log file again.

LSNRCTL> help set log_file
set|show log_{ } [<value>]: set|show log parameters of current listener
