Not hardly. You've got a good chance of something happening in quite a few countries. Maybe not shot, but beaten, stabbed etc. Pick the divisive issue and try it in Ireland, Germany, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Greece, UK(probably, I just can't think of a hot issue) etc. Everyone else is just as crazy.
