I've been a subscriber for a while. About two weeks ago I got the attached message saying they've converted it from a mailing list to an OTN forum at <http://technet.oracle.com:89/cgi-bin/forumdisplay.cgi?action=topics&forum=Oracle+Replication&number=94>

Seems kind of a shame to me, but I'm sure it has an upside.
