It turns out that some of the developers at Oracle have been using these error numbers as well. If you're
on a unix box, try this:

    grep -i '\-20[0-9][0-9][0-9]' $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/*

...I see about 200 uses of this error range by Oracle. A few examples:

utlpwdmg.sql:     raise_application_error(-20001, 'Password same as user');
utltcp.sql:  end_of_input_errcode     CONSTANT PLS_INTEGER:= -20001;
recover.bsq:        raise_application_error(-20001, 'Database not found');

A good application developer will include a descriptive message to go along with that error number...if you
can't get to the source code, maybe see if there is a way to enable more logging features so you can see
the error text.

Good luck
Bill
