Roby,

    MTS has had bugs, many terminal, since 7.3 so I'm not surprised  What is
surprising is that they never have gotten this particular "feature" of the DB
fixed.  I've wondered, they recruited a programmer from the ADA program office
to write PL/SQL for them, could it be that they recruited some one from
MicroSoft to do MTS??  Might explain why it crashes periodically.
